Our butchery prepares all cuts, traditional and modern, to order for our customers.
All of our butchers are highly qualifed or attending training whilst under the close supervision and encouragement of our senior staff. WE only buy our supplies from a limited number of experienced and trustworthy long established suppliers who in turn buy from known farmers and stockholders. All our deliveries are individual checked into our premises by senior staff before being stored for preparation and packing in our own refrigerated stores. Once your order has been prepared it is then re-chilled ready for loading.
OUR Selection of quality SUPPLIERS
Our supply network covers every TYPE OF FRESH MEAT USED IN THE UK. (HOWEVER WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SUPPLY GAME)
We carefully selected and use a respected and long standing supply network. With specialists in Red Meat and seperately Poultry. These are not multi-national or even national suppliers. They are local just like us and we can therefore confidentally say by buying from us you are drmamatically reducing the food miles in your household. A great contribution to climate stability.

Our Standards
We are happy to say that we do not skimp on any part of either the products or the service that we offer. All our products are sourced from the best suuppliers who, in turn, only source from the best farmers and stockholders. We store, prepare and package all products to the highest standards and our own delivery team deliver them with the utmost care. Direct to your home or office or one of our soon to be established collection points that is convenient for you. You can order at anytime day or night and we will deliver to you within a few days. Eventually we hope will be able to deliver the following day.

- Full range of Hand Made and Cut Pork products including Sausages, Bacon & Gammon Steaks and Joints.
High-Quality FrOZEN PRODUCTS
A limited numbe of products maybe supplied frozen including some flavours of sausage, gluten free sausages, some offal and more unsual cuts. We will inform you if this is the case for your order before dispatch and you will have the option to change or cancel any order before it is dispatched. Our delivery vehicles and team are equipped to supply these type of products safely and succesfully. They will arrive with you in prime condition like all our other products.

WE HAve a wide reach for delivery
We are currently able to deliver within an area roughly bounded by Beverley in the North, Conisbrough near Doncaster in the West, Sccopwick in the South and the East Coast from Grimsby to Skegness. The minmum order within this area is £30. Plus delivery charges but many times within this area the delivery charge will be waived.
Wider coverage availability
In theory we can deliver to anywhere in the country NOW. This does depend on multiple customers being available to take delivery on a given day. They don't have to live close together. We have the logistical experience to plan and execute complex delivery schedules across the country with customer flexible cooperation. If you live outside the area outlined above please place your order and we will call to arange the delivery. When checking out please take the option to order without paying.
