Our refund and return  policy exceeds all legal requirements and works as follows:

Step 1: Should you buy a product from us and it doesn’t come up to the high quality we promise and you expect please inform the office as soon as possible.

Step 2: We will ask you to store the product until we are able to collect it.

Step 3: We will then either credit your account with an amount equal to the full cost of that part of your order or exchange the product which ever suits you best.

Terms and Conditions: Some part of the product must be returned at the time of the replacement order being delivered. The returned product can either be raw or cooked but it must be as described when reporting the problem and in reasonable condition. Our staff will give directions about storage but utlimately the products condition is down to you. When the product is returned we will test it to ascertain what may have gone wrong and will inform you of the outcome.
